MUST:
2+years of experience as a medical receptionist in a multi-provider office
Experience working high volume phone calls and comfortable working mainly phones
Experience checking patients in and processing referrals
Comfortable performing patient call backs
Strong customer service skills
EMR experience or strong data entry and computer aptitude
Scheduling experience
Experience checking patients in and out
Collecting co-pays
Responding to medical record requests
Scanning documents in EMR
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
