The Position

The Receptionist represents AnovaWorks professionally by greeting patients and company representatives in courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. The position is located in Royal City, WA. The receptionist ensures the prompt and efficient delivery of reception and scheduling needs for AnovaWorks clinics. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, bilingual receptionist that will provide each patient with the best experience in our clinic.

This position is a part-time, temporary with an average of 20 hours per week until November 2024 with the option of returning year after year from April - November.

A qualified Medical Receptionist will perform the following functions:

The Receptionist virtually triages patient needs, customer services, telephone calls and customer questions.

The Receptionist greets patients and visitors promptly and courteously. Maintains positive, professional relationship with customers and employees.

The Receptionist answers telephones, transfers, and screens incoming calls appropriately.

The Receptionist assists in coordinating services, providers, and other personnel to ensure delivery of smooth, timely patient service.

The Receptionist receives lab test, x-rays and other tests/procedures as ordered and notifies patients of test/procedure appointments as directed.

The Receptionist consistently complies with quality assurance program.

The Medical Receptionist should have the following qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Previous work experience in a medical setting as a receptionist or equivalent

Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office or equivalent programs

Bilingual in Spanish - fluent in speaking, reading, and writing (required)

SALARY

$19.00 - $21.00

Compensation details: 19-21 Hourly Wage
