Medical Receptionist - Saint James Health Inc

POSITION SUMMARY:

St. James Health Inc. is currently searching for Bilingual (Spanish) Full Time Medical Receptionist. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and detail-oriented person to manage a variety of responsibilities for this busy health center. Applicants must be able to work Full-Time and must be fully bilingual. This is a Day Shift position, Monday to Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phones;
• Patient check-in and check-out;
• Scheduling appointments;
• Verifying insurance;
• Candidates must be able to calculate patients' portion of the bill, collect co-pays, and enter charges (charge entry);
• Strong communication skills are required; and
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years front office experience;
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese (Preferred); and
• High school or equivalent.
