Role Description We are looking for a compassionate and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Integrative Rheumatology of Westchester. In this part-time, on-site role, youll be the welcoming face of our small, patient-centered practice, providing a range of essential services to ensure a smooth and caring experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating follow-up visitsCommunicating with patients via phone, email, and in-person with a warm and helpful demeanorHandling pre-authorizations, coordinating diagnostic tests with third parties, and managing sensitive medical documentsSupporting the office team with various administrative tasks The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a close-knit office environment, possess strong communication skills, and have a genuine desire to assist and support patients in their healthcare journey.
