Position Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a vital role in our medical office team, performing administrative duties to ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions:

Greet and assist patients and families professionally.

Manage patient check-in/out and maintain efficient patient flow.

Handle phone calls and communicate registration information.

Process payments and reconcile daily collections.

Schedule appointments and manage referrals.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Previous PSR experience preferred.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Basic computer proficiency required.
