Sigma Inc is currently looking for a Receptionist 3 to work onsite at Fresenius Kidney Care in Marlborough, MA.
Shift timings : M-F 8am- 4:30pm, 3 month contract with potential to convert depending on candidate performance and need
Summary:
The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Summary:
The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard.
- Receives and sends packages via couriers.
- Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
- Maintains boardroom schedule and equipment.
- Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years experience required.
- Previous front desk experience preferred, but not required.
- Will be assisting in the clinic with basic administrative front-desk functions
- Will be answering phones, screening, and transferring calls, and greeting patients upon arrival
- Will be responsible for taking temperature upon arrival for appointments.
- Other administrative functions like filing, faxing documents, and distributing mail.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Previous medical front desk experience preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
