Brighton House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in Brighton, is currently seeking Front Desk Receptionist/Business Office Assistant! Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Brighton House is a beautiful location filled with friendly faces and new opportunities!  This role is full-time, Monday-Friday during normal business hours (8AM-4:30PM).

Requirements for Medical Administrative Assistant/Business Office Assistant:

• High school education or its equivalent

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices is helpful

• Experience/training as a Medical Assistant or CNA is preferred, but not required.

Job Duties for Medical Receptionist/Business Office Assistant:

• Record medical and administrative information in accordance with our established charting and documentation policies and procedures
• Answer telephone, page calls, deliver messages to residents, etc., as necessary
• Assist in arranging and making resident appointments for diagnostic and therapeutic services
• Assist with Business Office tasks as need by Business Office Manager
• Responds to the needs of patient’s, visitors, physician’s, nurse practitioners, staff and volunteers in a proactive manner to create a welcoming, service- oriented environment
