Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive medical planning solutions.
- Design and plan functional, sustainable, and innovative healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and specialized medical centers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and space programming to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Participate in all phases of the project, from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Coordinate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare facility planning and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of healthcare design regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
