In this role, you will:
Starting Salary: $70,000, per year, commensurate with experience and education.

In this role, you will:
- Manage all office staff and oversee front desk procedures.
- Perform all front desk responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Create employee work schedules, monitor budgets, and maintain patient records.
- Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and NYCBS policies.
- Monitor physician schedules and ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled.
- Communicate new policies and updates to employees.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to address needs.
- Respond to inquiries from doctors, employees, and patients promptly.
- Oversee staff to ensure exceptional care and customer service for all patients.
- Confirm that patient co-pays are collected.
- Bachelors Degree-Required
- Minimum of 1yr office management experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suites
- 1yrs working out of an EMR
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
