Medical Office Receptionist - Responsive Centers for Psychology & Learning

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, cancel, and change patient appointments.
• Check patients in.
• Collect copays and balances due.
• Upload documents into EMR.
• Make reminder calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Customer Service experience.
• Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Must maintain confidentiality and follow HIPPA laws.

• High School or Equivalent.

Responsive Centers for Psychology & Learning has been a provider of psychological services for over 40 years. Located in Overland Park, Kansas, on College Boulevard, Responsive Centers has over 50 professionals in the areas of psychology, psychiatry, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and education. Additionally, clinicians at Responsive Centers for Psychology & Learning are involved in multiple outreach programs in the community. For example, we have been involved in the Zero Reasons Why campaign to address adolescent suicide. We also have clinicians in various schools who provide therapy services on-site, reducing barriers to access to mental health services.
