Medical office receptionist - Premier behavioral medicine

We are looking for a part time experienced and reliable receptionist to help with our new practice.

Our team includes Adult/Child & Adolescents psychiatrists, Individual psychotherapists, group therapists.

Individuals who have experience with working on Electronic Medical Records will be preferred.

Individual should be skilled with computers, answering phone calls, scheduling patients appointments and entering data/insurance/scanning documents and other information in patient's charts .

Other responsibilities include but not limited to gathering collateral information from Primary care physician, completing prior authorization for medication/ insurance companies, taking care of pharmacy refill requests.
