We are seeking full-time Medical Office Front Desk Receptionists for our Family Practice location in Exton, PA. The position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, with preferred experience in a medical office and knowledge of secretarial procedures and office management. Familiarity with CPT & ICD-9/10 coding is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Performing administrative functions such as word processing, filing, and data entry.

Welcoming patients and directing them appropriately.

Answering and transferring calls.

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.

Checking in and out patients.

Completing other clerical tasks as assigned.
