Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour

Olsten Staffing is assisting a local medical office with their search to find an Office Administrator to join their team! This is a full-time position. Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!
Responsibilities for this job include-
- Guide staff and oversee office procedures execution.
- Manage patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Utilize tools such as QuickBooks, Square, and Google Sheets.
- Handle billing tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and payment collection.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and manage purchase orders.
- Support the team with employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Foster a supportive environment for patients and staff through effective communication.
- Promote patient education on breast cancer and cryoablation using various resources.
- Maintain an informative online presence for patients and providers.
- Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Ensure accurate patient data collection using the internal tool.
- Oversee inventory and order medical supplies, including probes.
- Schedule surgeries and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
- Manage financial tasks, including bill payments, sending estimates, and reconciling accounts.
- High school diploma required, Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in medical office administration, with proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of breast cancer care, and patient advocacy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and attendance
