About the Job
I’m seeking an eperienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney in the Detriot Metro Area. Our client serves as local, regional, and national counsel in complex litigation matters, including products and commercial liability, environmental, and healthcare areas.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies.
- Interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence.
- Negotiating settlements and preparing for trial.
Skills:
- Possession of a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of cases.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
