We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our legal team. As a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for defending healthcare professionals and facilities against medical malpractice claims. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from the initial investigation to the trial and appeal process. You will also be responsible for drafting complex motions and legal briefs.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our legal team. As a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for defending healthcare professionals and facilities against medical malpractice claims. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from the initial investigation to the trial and appeal process. You will also be responsible for drafting complex motions and legal briefs.
Responsibilities:
- Defend healthcare professionals and facilities against medical malpractice claims.
- Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from the initial investigation to the trial and appeal process.
- Draft complex motions and legal briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Attend depositions and court hearings.
- Work closely with clients to develop effective defense strategies.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and strategy.
- Manage a caseload of medical malpractice cases.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the state where the position is located.
- 3+ years of experience as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney.
- Strong knowledge of medical malpractice law and litigation.
- Experience drafting complex motions and legal briefs.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of medical malpractice cases.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
