Job Details
Our client is looking for an attorney to join their Fairfax office as a full-time Medical Malpractice Attorney.
The successful candidates must be licensed in Virginia and have 2-4 years of experience with complex civil litigation (either plaintiff or defense). Medical malpractice experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Candidates should possess a strong academic track record, outstanding legal writing and research abilities, a high level of organization, and persuasive advocacy skills. Experience handling written discovery, motions, and depositions is preferred. A focus on excellent client service and a passion for the practice of law are essential.
