ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Seeking a 6 years Associate to Mid-Level Attorney with civil litigation experience to join a growing Medical Malpractice/Health Law practice group. This well-established full-service law firm is looking to bring on an associate attorney with minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience to help manage a growing caseload and develop a MedMal team in their Health Law practice area. MedMal Defense Litigation experience a plus. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent hospitals, medical centers and health care professionals
• Drafting pleadings and motions, responding to written discovery
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Appearing in court and arguing motions
