Role Overview

• Defense of Medical Negligence Claims
• Defense of General Liability Claims
• Defense of Dental Malpractice Claims
• Defense of Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center Claims
• Professional Liability
• Hospital Credentialing and Privileging Proceedings
• Class Action Litigation
• Defense of Institutional Review Board actions
• Risk Prevention
• Disciplinary Actions Before the State Licensing Boards including:
• Board of Physicians
• Board of Nursing
• Board of Dental Examiner
• Individuals should be able to take over cases form start to finish (full file responsibility)

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in medical malpractise matters.
• Candidates will have strong academic skills proven track record in drafting documents, great communication skills.
• $150,000+ portable business in Medical Malpractice for partner candidates.
