Min Background Requirements: 

• 1.5 YR min (3 YR is Ideal) of Medical Malpractice
• Preferably Plaintiff but not required.
• Trial Experience is not required but is helpful.
• Licensed in NM 
• No billable hours – 40HR week but everyone is responsible for their own deadlines.
• Engaging, personable, hardworking, stable, go-getter, with no excess drama or personal issues.
