We’re looking for a Medical Logistics/Customer Service Dispatcher to join our dedicated team in Tampa, FL, and support our essential medical courier services. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule of Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM, offering an exciting chance to play a vital role in healthcare logistics.

What You’ll Do:

As our Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be a vital link between customers and our medical courier team. You’ll manage and coordinate the flow of communication and dispatches, working closely with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Key tasks include:

• Managing incoming calls and emails to coordinate timely dispatches for medical courier services
• Prioritizing dispatch orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintaining precise records and data entry to support efficient service
• Collaborating with dispatchers and area managers to streamline operations

What We’re Looking For:

We want candidates who can multitask, stay organized, and bring a detail-oriented approach to their work. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with multi-line phone systems and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting
• Geographical knowledge and map-reading skills (helpful but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent; dispatch experience is preferred but not required

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM, with occasional weekends or holidays as needed.
• Location: Tampa, FL – reliable commuting or relocation to Tampa is required.
• Compensation: $20 per hour
