We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist to join our Blood Bank team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory tests, ensure quality control, and contribute to patient care through accurate blood analysis.Responsibilities:

Conduct blood tests and analyze results

Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations

Maintain laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results

Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

ASCP certification or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Previous experience in a blood bank preferred
