We are seeking a dedicated Medical Lab Scientist for the 3rd Shift in our Core Lab in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory tests, ensure quality control, and contribute to patient care through accurate and timely results.Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests

Analyze and interpret test results

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss findings

Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

ASCP certification or equivalent

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills
