As a Medical Inventory Specialist, you"ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our life-enhancing solutions reach those who need them most. From preparing and processing shipments to maintaining meticulous records, your attention to detail will be the key to our success.
Position: Medical Inventory Specialist

Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and process all shipments and related documentation with precision and efficiency.
- Receive and process all incoming products and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain shipping and receiving records and files, including certificates of analysis and bills of lading for hazardous material shipments.
- Resolve any errors with shipping carriers promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and distribute monthly shipping and receiving logs to QA manager and corporate team for customer billing.
- Ensure materials are properly packaged for shipping, adhering to current regulations.
- Attend training classes and maintain certifications for shipping hazardous materials.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation to maintain compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and package company samples outgoing for analysis and maintain related information.
- Perform all duties in compliance with workplace safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and all applicable regulations.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as necessary for the center"s operations.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience
- Computer literacy including use of Email and MS Excel and inventory control software
- Willingness to work with laboratory material, and dry ice
