Medical Front office should be familiar with:
**Appointment scheduling, phone etiquette
**Insurance verification
**Patient registration
**Medical terminology

Medical Assistants should have experience with:
**Vital signs, patient triage, medication and medical history documentation in EMR
**Urine testing, finger stick, EKG
**Venipuncture/ Phlebotomy

**Vaccine and Medication injections
