Hours: 4-10hr Shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm with a rotating RDO

In this role, you will:
Starting: $ 27/hr. based on experience and education

In this role, you will:
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office.
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections.
- Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system.
- Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings.
- Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Spanish speaking is preferred.
- Willingness to float to all of our Staten Island locations
