Medical Front Desk Receptionist | Colorado Applicants Only - WSi Healthcare Personnel

Are you a compassionate and reliable Medical Receptionist with a passion for women’s health?

We’re looking for an experienced professional to join an outstanding clinic with locations in Lone Tree and Parker, CO. If you have at least six months of prior medical reception experience and love providing exceptional care, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Lone Tree, CO and Parker, CO - floating between locations is required

Pay Rate: $19–$23/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
   **This is a fully in-person position.**

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Collect co-pays, insurance information, and patient ID documentation.
• Prepare and maintain patient files for provider use, including new patient forms and examination paperwork.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
• Assist patients with insurance and billing inquiries.
• Entering information and updating the EMR accurately
