Position Overview: Juvly Aesthetics is always on the lookout for highly motivated and experienced Medical Estheticians to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidates will have a passion for skincare and beauty, along with the necessary skills and qualifications to perform a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Medical Estheticians at Juvly Aesthetics, play a crucial role in assisting our providers & helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals while upholding our commitment to safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Provide personalized recommendations and treatment plans.
- Skincare Treatments: Perform a range of advanced skincare treatments, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning.
- Non-Surgical Procedures: Administer non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as laser hair removal, photofacials, microneedling, and other skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Provider Assistant: Assisting with procedures performed by the Master Provider such as botox, filler, and other injectables.
- Client Education: Educate clients on skincare practices, post-treatment care, and recommend appropriate at-home skincare regimens to optimize results.
- Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to medical aesthetics, ensuring a safe and ethical practice.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, procedures performed, and client progress.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
- Esthetician license in OH, NY, MN, WI or FL (depending on location)
- Certification or training in medical esthetics
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician
- Must have a salon license or be willing to obtain a salon license
- Proficiency in performing a variety of skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
