Medical Education Administrative Assistant Position Summary
The Medical Education Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Medical Education Coordinator with continuing medical education (CME) processing, Observer/Preceptorship Programs processing, and providing administrative support to the Graduate Medical Education department coordinators and leadership.
Medical Education Position RequirementsEducation
- High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
Experience
- Three years general clerical experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required
- Experience with medical terminology preferred
- Experience with medical education (undergraduate and graduate) preferred
Medical Education Administrative Assistant Position Schedule
- Non-exempt position, Primarily Monday- Friday day shift
- May have to work evenings and weekends as needed

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
