Responsibilities:We are currently seeking an Medical Director at Vestal Veterinary Hospital to help support our fast growing practice in Vestal, New York! With their newly updated treatment room, and strong technological set up, this team is looking to bring a leader to collaborate, learn, and grow the practice. Vestal Veterinary Hospital is the only hospital in the area to offer urgent care, and we have a seasoned staff that brings longevity, client relationships, and lots of support to the table. With joining Vestal Veterinary, you will have the support from Encore, but also the confidence in knowing you are joining a family oriented, well established team.
Who you are:
· An experienced Medical Director confident in your ability to lead a high-volume hospital.
· You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· You’re a strong leader who enjoys partnering with your PM and other team members.
· You value mentorship, training, and supporting your team members.
· You're flexible and able to pivot and adapt as needed.
· You're passionate about medical excellence and superior patient care.
