Medical Director. - Theoria Medical.

Position Type: Part-time, exempt with competitive compensation up to $400,000 annually, plus a Medical Director stipend and a sign-on bonus.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as medical director for skilled nursing facilities, overseeing quality initiatives and compliance.
• Provide primary care services, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and utilize electronic health record systems.

Flexible shifts with a minimum of 2-3 days/week, starting between 7-10 a.m. and ending when caseload is complete. No overnight or weekend requirements.
