Position Type: Full-time, exempt with a compensation of up to $400,000 annually, plus a Medical Director stipend and a sign-on bonus.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive primary care and manage resident care.
• Supervise clinical staff and collaborate with NPs/PAs.

Shift Structure: Flexible shifts, typically 2-3 days/week, with no nights or weekends.
