Medical Director - VetProCentral

We are seeking a Medical Director – Veterinary Medicine –Chandler, AZ

COMPENSATION: $160,000-$180,000 + Production + Retention Bonus
Over $300k Potential

We are looking for a leader who prioritizes work/life balance and makes it a focal point in the development of our team.

This clinic was recently acquired and will be rebranded. If you ever wanted to revamp a clinic, make it your own and not have to pay for it, this is the place.

Role:

• • Salary: $170k-$180k base + Either 5% profit sharing based on net for each quarter or production making 20 % over your threshold (you choose)

• • Sign on Bonus up to $50k

• • Yearly retention bonus of $10k

• • Medical Director + 1 associate +Vet techs, vet assistants and a kennel tech full staff (3 techs per doctor)

• • Pool of 15 relay docs on call

• • 15-20 cases a day

• • Hours: M-F 8-6p one doc does Mon-Thurs the other does Tues-Friday

• • Schedule: Mon-Friday with one day being a medical dir. day /admin day to game plan and strategize with the leadership team

  Requirements

• • DVM

• • AZ License

• • DEA

• • Proficient in surgeries

• • Mentorship and training and an entrepreneurial mindset

• • Has the ability to create marketing plans
