PURPOSE OF POSITION
A Regional Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting the sales in new and existing locations. This position is expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information gathering and presenting to buying teams throughout the capital equipment purchasing process.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, support, and execute a complex sales process (multiple stakeholder).
- Build clinical, administrative and physician support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and product demos.
- Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive product sales within an assigned sales territory.
- Effectively manage the transition of initial sale; quarterbacking installation, validation and driving procedural volume and growth through clinical & customer support team members.
- Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of necessary processes related to the product.
- Develop and present an economic case to key stakeholders for capital purchase.
- Oversee all communications and administrative follow-up to own the customer experience end to end (with support of the clinical and customer support teams).
- Ensure adherence to Company policies & procedures (e.g., Quality, Finance etc.)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with a preference for experience in healthcare or capital sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience selling in disruptive environments and influencing behavior change.
- Proven successful track record in capital medical equipment sales.
- Hospital laboratory or blood bank call points, preferred.
- Prior call point experience in Cardiac, Trauma, Anesthesia is a plus.
- Sales management/ training experience a plus.
- Proven success in introducing new technologies to the market a plus.

- This position is a fully remote position in a location with proximity to a US airport or assigned location.
- This position will involve US Domestic travel to customer sites as needed, up to 80%. Travel may be required on days other than designated workdays depending on the needs of the customers and business.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Complete all company required training that is specified for the role, as defined by our compliance and training processes and protocols, which may be job specific or corporate/compliance related.
- Listen and communicate using verbal and written feedback. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Maintain a high level of consistent cognitive function.
- Perform consistent keyboarding/computer use in a typical office environment for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per day.
- Frequently move about the office or medical facility space.
- Stoop, kneel or crouch when maneuvering in these environments.
- Walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per day during sales calls or when attending conferences.
- Maintain a Valid US Driver’s License with sufficient documentation required for travel within the US.
- Drive a vehicle and/or use other travel means as needed to navigate to visit potential customer and client locations.
- Lift/Carry up to 80lbs.
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or meet the requirements for a medical or religious exemption.
