About the Job
Our Customer, a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental laboratory industry, is currently in need of a Customer Service Representative to work in their lab, 100% onsite in SE Portland.
This position will initially start Temporary on our payroll for up to 3 months, 40 hours/week, and transition into a permanent role. As a full-time (permanent) employee after the initial temporary employment period, you will enjoy the following benefits:

What you will do:
Record and schedule customer work orders on the computer and distribute case materials to laboratory departments.
Prepare invoices timely ensuring accuracy of billing data
Match customer prescriptions to invoices
Forward invoices and prescription forms to shipping department for delivery
Maintain filing system of invoices and supporting documents
Answer telephones, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery time when necessary
Fax orders as necessary
Assist in packing finished goods for shipment, and posting and mailing when requested
Assist with UPS labeling/ packaging for delivery of products to Dentists offices
What you will need to have/Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent. Associate degree or equivalent preferred
Prior experience working in an medical office setting preferred but not required
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database systems and the ability to operate standard office machines
Strong attention to detail and the ability to process data efficiently and accurately
Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts with customers
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with limited supervision
Ability to lift up to ten pounds and occasionally heavier.

Salary
20 - 23 /hour
