Medical Customer Service Representative - 19 - 20/hour

Summary:

The CSR processes inbound orders from our referral sources and requests for assistance from our patients through a variety of mediums, including inbound and outbound client calls, faxes, and e-mails. The successful candidate must become proficient in the use of our enterprise system to enable the accurate processing of new patient orders and re-orders for existing patients. Position is fully in office, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm. Located in Dania Beach.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in an inbound/outbound customer service center is strongly preferred
• Customer service experience in a Respiratory/Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferred
• Must have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suite

Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:

• Provide our clients with timely and accurate information and take appropriate corrective actions regarding our services to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction.
• Process telephone calls and triage problems in accordance with company standards and other verbal and written training policies.
• Follow proper procedures for accurate and timely documentation of referral source or patient concerns, and most importantly, take appropriate corrective actions
• Perform other duties as assigned

The employee frequently is required to stand and walk, ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
