If you are an experienced Appointment Scheduler seeking an opportunity in a high-call-volume medical call center environment (100+ calls) and fluent in English and Spanish, we encourage you to consider this position. Medical Call Center experience is required!

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Location: Commerce, CA

Appointment Scheduler Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments in a high-volume medical call center.
Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations.
Process referrals and coordinate with healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical records system

Appointment Scheduler Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a medical office environment.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
Proficiency in NextGen EMR or similar electronic medical records systems
High School Diploma
