Facilitating revenue generation through the establishment of payment arrangements, diligent account collection, and proactive monitoring of delinquent accounts.
Engaging with insurance providers to establish and maintain payment arrangements, closely tracking payments, and promptly addressing any payment discrepancies or lapses.
Managing the Medicare bad-debt cost report to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Securing outstanding balance payments related to employee care.

Qualifications:
We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
Proven work experience in medical billing or a related role.
Proficiency in billing software and electronic medical records, with a solid understanding of industry-standard practices.
Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and a knack for organization.
Experience working with the MEDITECH EHR system and direct interaction with insurance companies.
Prior experience in rural health clinic billing and critical access hospital settings is highly desirable.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
The offered pay range for a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, location, specific job responsibilities, certifications, etc.
