MUST:
Experienced Medical Assistant Triage Dermatology
Must have 1 plus year of recent dermatology experience
Must have experience triaging expiring
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have EMR experience

DUTIES:
Medical Assistant Triage Dermatology will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Handle all incoming calls to the triage line
Triage and document all incoming calls
Handling emergency calls
Handle medication questions
Manage pharmacy calls
Assist in medication refills
