Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00-3:00; Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-6:00.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks for the physician team.

Enhance patient experience through scheduling and insurance coordination.

Coordinate with physicians, clinical staff, and surgical centers.

Document patient information and manage EMR systems.

Qualifications:

Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

High school diploma or GED required.

CT Licensed massage therapist.

3-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary.

1-2 years in an orthopaedic practice preferred.
