Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in teaching and mentoring.
- 2 years of direct relevant Clinical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving CT experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Ability to relate effectively and support diverse groups of program participants and professional learners
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Electronic Health Record systems required.
- Independent critical thinking and judgment skills
- Customer-first philosophy and approach to handling/resolving issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of professional learners.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
- MA, LPN or RN licenseor certification.
