About the Job

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/LPN with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. The role primarily involves administrative tasks at the clinic's front end, including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and billing. Clinical duties may include taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and drawing blood under supervision.

Education & Training:

High School Graduate or equivalent

Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant or LPN program with current North Carolina licensure

Certification & Licensure:

Current BLS certification

Necessary Skills:

Ability to assess medical service needs and exercise independent judgment

Strong patient care skills and knowledge of medications

Effective interviewing and counseling techniques

Experience:

2 years in a medical office
