Urgently hiring for MA, LPN, or RN! The position will be posted until filled.
MA Position Requirements:
Education:
- Completion or ability to complete a medical assistant training program required
- Current CMA or RMA certificate preferred, willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic, prior healthcare experience, and a desire to help deliver quality primary healthcare to everyone.
- Prior experience is preferred, Prior experience with EPIC is helpful.
Clinic Nurse (LPN or RN) Position Summary, if applying for this position:
- Under the general direction of the Lead Nurse, the Clinic Nurse provides nursing services to members of the community who seek services at the SWITCH.
- The Clinic Nurse will provide these services by working and collaborating with the entire healthcare team at the SWITCH. This team includes providers, pharmacy staff, medical assistants, case management, behavioral health, all clerical, financial, and medical records staff, and all supervisors.
- The Clinic Nurse will perform patient care duties in collaboration with the health care team (the medical provider is the team leader).
- The Clinic Nurse provides skilled, comprehensive nursing care and implements health care plans for the patients and families to meet patient/family needs.
Clinic Nurse LPN or RN Position Requirements:
- Must hold valid MT license for LPN or RN.
- Minimum one year experience preferred in an acute or ambulatory care environment.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
