We are seeking a dedicated team member to support our specialty care operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Data entry and organizing medical records
• Answering phones and managing paperwork
• Acting as a liaison between patients and clinical staff
• Collecting health history from pre-operative patients
• Maintaining communication with medical staff and ensuring patient confidentiality
• Complying with facility policies and procedures

Qualifications include a high school diploma, BLS certification, and preferably one year of experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential. Salary ranges from $17.85 to $20.00 per hour.
