We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) for full-time positions in the Medical Department at Butler County Prison, PA. Responsibilities include managing medical records, administrative reports, and Continuity of Care (COC) releases, along with various medical duties.

Current Openings:

• Full-time split shift (days and evenings)
• Full-time night shift

Responsibilities:

• Maintain examination and treatment areas
• Verify medications and medical information
• Manage medication records and filing systems
• Provide clerical support, including data entry and document scanning
• Assist with credentialing, scheduling transports, and billing

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved Medical Assistant program
• Minimum 2 years of medical assistant or administrative support experience
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
• Effective communication and organizational skills
