The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring that our innovative medical products are well-represented in the market. 5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
6. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
8. Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies and solutions.
9. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
10. Report on sales results and provide meaningful feedback to senior management.
11. Identify and address sales potential amongst team members.
