Medical Administrative Support Specialist - Charleston ENT & Allergy

Charleston ENT & Allergy has an immediate opening for a Medical Administrative Support Specialist. This critical position works primarily behind the scenes to support the Operations department with day to day administrative needs.

It’s an ideal fit for a highly organized person who enjoys creating and managing schedules, running reports, maintaining spreadsheets, developing PowerPoint presentations, and providing general administrative support.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of previous administrative support experience, high attention to detail, and outstanding time-management skills. The successful applicant will be a true team player with a cool head and a warm heart, who shines in situations where keen organizational superpowers are necessary.
