Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office operations to streamline procedures.
- Sort and distribute communications promptly.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Monitor office supplies and address shortages as needed.
- Resolve office-related issues and coordinate with other departments to ensure policy compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Handle receptionist duties as needed.
- Enter patient demographics and insurance information accurately.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and protect their rights.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish (required); English is a plus!
- Strong telephone skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Punctual, accountable, and able to work well with others.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Compensation: $15-$22 per hour (based on experience), with potential for raises based on performance and skill acquisition.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Location: In person (one location).
