As a Medicaid Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping underserved seniors access essential care and support through Medicaid and Medicare applications. Your dedication will contribute to enabling seniors to live independently and receive the assistance they need. Join our client's mission-driven team and make a meaningful impact!

Key Responsibilities

● Initiate, assist, and manage Medicaid applications for prospective participants

● Conduct home visits to assist participants with completing the Medi-Cal application process

● Maintain accurate documentation and record participant enrollment information

● Adhere strictly to DHCS and CMS regulations and policies

● Collaborate with Finance Department for data analysis and reporting

● Monitor and maintain participants' Medicaid eligibility

● Provide community resources to prospective participants and families/caregivers

● Collaborate with government specialists for required documentation

Schedule and Shift Details

● Hybrid, flexible schedule. Traveling to enrollees homes/remote. M-F 8a-5p.
