Responsibilities
Medicaid Program Manager – Item 1306 DDSA: BEDG Bureau of Enterprise Data Governance
Responsibilities:
- Manages cross coordination of information and direct program activities between Bureaus within the Division.
- Participates in the planning and implementation of programs and/or project activities for the Division.
- Interacts with Project Directors from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and other external sources to ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Participates in public speaking activities, educational workshops/seminars, dialogue groups, inter and intra-agency teams and workgroups.
- Responsible for managing numerous staff or teams directly.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 10 years of professional experience
- 5 years of subject matter experience
- Supervisory experience
- Project Management experience preferred
*Employees must follow established work schedules. The usual work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified by the supervisor, this includes a half hour unpaid lunch break. Total work hours must equal 40 hours per week.
Compensation
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70k-110k. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
