We are seeking a dedicated Medicaid Liaison Consultant to oversee the financial and administrative operations of multiple long-term care facilities within a designated region. Focus will be on Medicaid claims.

Medicaid Liaison Consultant must have the following:
· Specialized experience with Medicaid processes within the long-term care or healthcare industry.
· Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
· Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work well in a team setting. Positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and email.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
As a Medicaid Liaison Consultant, you will:
· Verify payor source for SNF residents.
· Collaborate with individual Business Office Managers to ensure timely submission of levels of care and relevant forms.
· Oversee and facilitate Medicaid Pending application process and work with Business Office Managers for required documentation.
· Collaborate with Business Office Managers to ensure coordinated efforts on activities.
· Review report to monitor activity.
· Prepare aging reports to keep supervisor informed of all outstanding balances.
· Investigate and resolve issues to ensure a continuous and billable payor source.
